Who we are

TradingZo is run by ELIPSTONE LLC, United Arab Emirates. For anything about your data, email privacy@tradingzo.com.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we store your email address, the market you told us you trade (if you picked one), the link you arrived from, your country as reported by our hosting provider, and the time you joined. We don't store your IP address.

You also get your own invite link to share. If you joined through someone else's link, we note whose link it was. The person who shared it only ever sees how many people joined with it, never who they are.

Why we collect it

To send you an invite when your spot opens, plus a few updates about the launch. You can unsubscribe any time. The market you trade helps us decide which brokers and features to build first.

Legal basis

For the waitlist: your consent, which you give when you join. You can withdraw it at any time, and we'll stop using your details. For visit counts: our interest in knowing how the site is used. They identify no one.

How long we keep it

Until you leave the list, or 12 months after launch if you never create an account, whichever comes first. Then we delete it.

Who sees it

Only the TradingZo team. We never sell or rent your email. The site and database run on Cloudflare, which processes the data on our behalf. We'll name our email provider here before we send the first email.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies.

Visit counts

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and doesn't track you across sites. For each visit it records the page, the site you came from, your browser and device type, your country, and how fast the page loaded. It doesn't store your IP address.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Email privacy@tradingzo.com to do any of these, and we'll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Leaving the list

Every email we send has a way to unsubscribe. You can also reply to any of our emails, or write to privacy@tradingzo.com, and ask us to delete your details, and we'll remove them.
